While we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, we unfortunately have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, we offer no guarantee for healed results.

Please be aware, additional touch-ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. Please understand that there is a fee for each service provided. A fee is charged if a touch up is desired, it is not included in the initial charge.

Understand that the results or permanent cosmetics cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not you are satisfied with the outcome, there will be NO REFUNDS.

We are not liable for any changes to the eyebrows or lashes once the final decision has been approved during consultation or on the day of the service. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review drawn shape and color for PMU services prior to starting tattoo process. For lash services, please understand the type of length, size and style that you choose prior to starting the service. 

Post-care instructions given to you and are also sent out via text message after the service is completed. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all instructions.


Due to high appointment demand, all appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits can be transferable to reschedule appointments. Booking deposits will be deducted from the final cost.


As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule an appointment.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late and do not contact us may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.


Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. You will receive text reminders from us and 48 hours before your appointment. For clients who fail to show up to their appointments without cancellation notification will lose their deposit and will be required to pay the service amount in full before re-booking.


We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse procedure to potential clients that we deem unfit for our services.


Our prices are subject to change at any time. Please note that our online rates are estimates; final pricing will be discussed during your appointment based on desired results.
